City Project No. 10-08 – American Recovery and Reinvestment Act – Rehabilitation of Wilson Street from Fairview Road to Newport Boulevard
Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting is required at the City Hall Council Chambers, 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 or Thursday, August 19, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is to inform bidders of project requirements and subcontractors of subcontracting and material supply opportunities.  Bidder’s attendance at this meeting will be mandatory.

Cost of Specifications:  $50 pick up or $60 by mail
Engineer’s Estimate:                  $290,000.00
License Requirements:  All bidders must have a Class “A”
Project Description:                  The work to be performed includes mobilization; clearing and grubbing; removal and disposal of existing improvements and roadway sections; construction of asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalk, curb & gutter, cross gutter, driveway, and construction of concrete pavement section; unclassified excavation; traffic control; installation of traffic signing, striping and marking; and all other pertinent and incidental work as required.
