 | Costa Mesa Community Gardens 2012 TThe City of Costa Mesa has 2 Community Gardens managed and operated by the City. The garden parcels are open to Costa Mesa residents only. The Del Mar Community Garden located at 170 Del Mar Street has 60 parcels that are currently occupied with a 2 year wait list. The Hamilton Community Garden located at 523 Hamilton Street has 42 parcels that are currently occupied with a 2 year wait list. Both gardens have water service, a portable toilet, and a trash dumpster.
