Costa Mesa Affordable Housing List
The list is intended to assist individuals looking for affordable rental housing in the City of Costa Mesa. This list reflects multi-family affordable housing units in the City that are "Deed Restricted" ( made affordable through governmental financing ). The list may not represent 100% of the deed restricted units in City due to the limitations of gathering the information.
