MAINTENANCE SERVICES DIVISION
The Division employs a professional staff of 68 full-time and 7 part-time employees. We are responsible for the care, maintenance, repair and alteration of the City's municipal facilities, parks, athletic fields, parkway trees, streets, concrete sidewalks, public drainage systems, vehicles and equipment. In addition, we are responsible for traffic signage, pavement markings and striping, street sweeping, graffiti abatement, tree trimming, and public right-of-way landscaping. We ensure the beautification of the City of Costa Mesa.
The Division consists of six sections:
Administration; Street Maintenance; Traffic Operations Maintenance;
Parks, Parkways and Tree Maintenance; Facilities Maintenance and
Fleet Maintenance.
